Product Introduction

Rotary vibrating screen is a high-precision fine powder screening machine with low noise and high efficiency. It takes 3-5 minutes to quickly change the screen and has a fully enclosed structure. It is suitable for screening and filtering materials such as particles, powder, and mucus. The rotary vibrating screen is driven by an upright motor as the excitation source. Eccentric heavy hammers are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor to convert its rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, which is then transmitted to the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle between the upper and lower ends can change the motion trajectory of the material on the screen surface. The rotary vibrating screen is suitable for flow operations and is an ideal equipment for continuous discharge of materials with uneven proportions of coarse and small particles.

Working principle

This machine consists of a hopper, an oscillation chamber, a coupling, and a motor. The oscillation chamber is composed of eccentric wheels, rubber software, main shaft, bearings, etc. The adjustable eccentric heavy hammer is driven by a motor and transmitted to the centerline of the spindle. In an unbalanced state, it generates centrifugal force, forcing the material to change and form a vortex in the sieve. The amplitude of the heavy hammer regulator can be adjusted according to the sieve mesh of different materials. The whole machine has a compact structure, small size, no dust, low noise, high output, low energy consumption, and easy maintenance. The rotary vibrating screen uses an upright motor as the excitation source, and eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor to convert the motor's rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion. This motion is then transmitted to the screen surface, causing the material to undergo outward expansion involute motion on the screen surface. As a result, the materials on the screen surface move in a directional and active manner together with the screen box. During this process, materials smaller than the screen surface aperture fall into the lower layer through the screen holes, becoming undersized materials. Materials larger than the screen surface aperture are discharged from the discharge port through continuous jumping motion, and finally complete the screening work. The motion trajectory of the vibrating body of the rotary vibrating screen is a complex three-dimensional curve in space, which is projected as a circle on the horizontal plane and two identical ellipses on the two vertical planes. In practical application, by adjusting the relative phase of the eccentric blocks at the upper and lower ends of the vibration motor, the motion trajectory of the material on the screen surface can be changed, thereby achieving different screening operation objectives.
